Structural Renovation & Open-Concept Home Transformation

Overview

A 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was expanded to 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with an open-concept layout.

Our Role

CCSG handled the structural work. The homeowner's roofer did the roofing and the remodeler completed the rest:

• Pulled permits
• Built new slabs and footings and wood-framed walls
• Installed a 20-foot load-bearing beam on steel columns, removing a load-bearing wall
• Relocated a supporting wall while keeping the two-car garage

Outcome

An open-concept 4-bedroom, 3-bath home with the garage preserved.
