Meet the Owner
Mark Ryan is a Florida Licensed General Contractor, Licensed Mold Assessor and Remediator, Professional Claims Adjuster, and an expert witness in construction cases. With more than 25 years of experience across over 5,000 projects, he brings rare depth to every job.
His background includes construction work on over 5,000 projects, including a variety of structural work, from additions and remodels to the recovery and restoration effort at the Pentagon following 9/11, and the decontamination of the American Media building. Mark has also been professionally involved in the resolution of more than 2,500 insurance claim disputes, whether acting as a subject matter expert, appraiser or umpire. Mark's focus has never changed: help clients avoid costly mistakes, and see every project through to a successful finish.
