Overview

CCSG partnered with an upscale remodeler to add an in-law suite to a custom home.

Our Role

The remodeler completed windows, doors, framing, insulation, drywall and finishes. CCSG's scope:

  • Coordinated plans and permits
  • Built the slab and footings
  • Built the CMU block walls and concrete tie beam
  • Assisted with trusses and sheathing

Outcome

A fully framed and roofed structural addition, handed off to the remodeler for finishes.
