Overview

A real-estate investment group's renovation was red-tagged by the building department and stopped.

Our Role

CCSG took over the permitting and oversight side:

  • Contractor licensing
  • Plans and permits
  • Supervision of the group's contractors
  • Code compliance
  • Coordination of building, plumbing, electrical and mechanical inspections

Outcome

The permitting issues were resolved and the project resumed without replacing the existing contractors.
